10000 jobs in the queue

There are now more than 10000 jobs in the queue, and the latency for new jobs is 56 hours. The screenshot factories are running at full load, but the demand is so high that we can't keep up.

We are working hard to finish version 0.3.0 soon. Then the ShotServer will have to do less work und should be able to handle more factories.

We are considering a donation system to support the project. Half of the donated money will be used for server fees and so on, while the other half will be stored in your user account as Browsershot cents. You can skip the queue by bidding a few cents on each of your jobs. The highest bidder's jobs will always be processed first. The bid will be paid to the person running the screenshot factory that processes the job. Any feedback on this idea?
