.bat Wait Error

On InstallFactoryWindows the precreated .bat file contains the wait time of 13s. This is where I was getting my super short 13s wait time error from.

Please fix to the wanted 30s.

Okay, I have removed the .bat file on the InstallFactoryWindows page and added it to the binary distribution, removing the short wait time. You can download the latest version here:
